Former President Bill Clinton is in hot water because of visiting four different primary polling stations in Massachusetts, but he swears he wasn’t there to influence voters but rather “pick up chicks.”

According to Massachusetts polling law, a relevant politician to a candidate can not hang around a polling station. It states: ‘‘Within 150 feet of a polling place as defined in 950 CMR 53.03(18)(c), no person shall solicit votes for or against, or otherwise promote or oppose, any person or political party or position on a ballot question, to be voted on at the current election.’

However, polling stations are Bill Clinton’s sweet spot. “They love me there, so it’s an easy ‘in’, if you know what I mean,” Clinton told the Worcester Daily Press. “I’m a rock star in polling stations. It’s like when a real rockstar goes to a bar and all the girls know who you are. I go to polling stations to stroll and check out the talent. It’s all harmless fun. I didn’t know it was a big deal.”

President Clinton, known for a sexual scandal in the mid-1990s while in the White House, was out campaigning for his wife Hillary when he decided to swing by a few polling stations.

Obviously, when a former President enters a polling station, they are guaranteed to gather some attention.

Voter Susan Devlin was excited to see Bill Clinton. “At first, I thought it was someone in a costume, but then I realized it was really him. I totally freaked out. It was the best voting day ever.”

Bill claims to have walked away from the four polling station with over 20 phone numbers, but he promised he wasn’t going to call any of them.

“I’ll delete the numbers tomorrow or maybe Thursday.”
